This private application is used only for FUTO accounting administration through authorized QuickBooks Online access.
Accounting data used
When authorized by the operator, the integration may access accounting data made available by Intuit QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, and operational accounting review. This may include company accounting records, account names, transaction metadata, invoices, bills, payments, customers, vendors, and related accounting fields available under the granted authorization.
Local protected storage
Authorized accounting data is stored only in protected, operator-controlled local systems used for this private integration. Access is limited to the operator and authorized maintainers.
No third-party sharing
FUTO does not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks accounting data with third parties. Data is exchanged with Intuit only as needed to operate the authorized QuickBooks Online connection.
Retention, deletion, and revocation
Data is retained only while needed for accounting operations, audit support, troubleshooting, backups, or legal and tax recordkeeping. The operator may revoke QuickBooks authorization in Intuit. Requests to delete locally stored integration data can be sent to the support address below and will be handled where deletion is compatible with accounting, tax, audit, backup, and other legal retention duties.
